Performance Evaluation

All Pure Performance members go through an initial Performance Evaluation (30-45 minutes) to determine current movement ability and needs.

During the evaluation, athletes will receive basic measurements and will be scored on stability, output (strength and power), range of motion, and endurance. Following the evaluation, a Performance Specialist will review the results and discuss both short- and long-term goals with your athlete.


Golf Performance Training

One of our most popular services, Pure Performance offers Golf Training in Private Sessions (1-on-1) or Small Group (2-3 athletes). These sessions are all skill levels - beginner to professional.

Sports Performance Group Training (Ages 10-18)

Following the initial Performance Evaluation, a Performance Specialist will review results and recommend how many classes an athlete should attend weekly based on current sport season, goals, and fitness level.

Classes are designed to teach athletes how to control their body, increase output (strength and power), and improve endurance. Training loads are specific to each athlete in order to challenge individuals in a safe manner.

Sports Performance Private Training (Ages 10 & up)

If your athlete has specific sports goals or needs assistance going through a school-issued strength training program while at home, our coaches are ready to help.

Following an initial Performance Evaluation, a Performance Specialist will sit down with your athlete to determine short- and long-term goals prior to training start.

Appointments are scheduled based on the athlete and Performance Specialist’s availability.


Team Training (On-site and Off-site)

Pure Performance offers team training programs for middle school through college teams. Training can be complete at Pure Performance at specific team-scheduled times or on-site at your school.

On-site training programs include: a Full-Team Performance Evaluation by Pure Performance staff, 2-3 on-site full-team ETRAK Education sessions, and a team-specific training program shared through ETRAK Training Software.
